Terms and Conditions

  • There will be no refund if you give us less then 24-hour notice.
  • On arrivals it is your responsibility to turn your phone on & find the driver at the far end of the carousel before your get your luggage. It is not the driver’s responsibility to find you, the driver has limited time & the driver has to look after other guests, it is the airport rule that we have to stand in one stop inside the terminal, if the driver leaves without you there will be no refund.
  • If we are at the airport waiting for you & because of extreme weather conditions the plane cannot land & is diverted somewhere else there is no refund.
  • On departures, to be outside 5 to 10 minutes before your pickup time, have your phone turned on. If you are not there at the time & driver calls you & you don’t pickup the bus will leave without you.  You will need a taxi & we will not be giving a refund, if you are not picked up 10 minutes after pickup time call the office don’t wait 30 minutes, as there could be a mistake & you could miss your plane.
  • Food & drink are not to be consumed on the shuttle bus.
  • Smoking, drugs & alcohol consumption is prohibited on our shuttle bus as per government regulations.
  • Intoxicated or abusive persons will not be permitted on board & forfeit their ticket
  • We will not be responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort for you to arrive at your destination on time.
  • We accept no responsibility for lost or damage to any luggage or personal or valuable items
  • Last minute online bookings you have to call & confirm as we might not be servicing that flight
